Rush songs... lots of them.
OK, and maybe a few Star Wars tunes as well.
Really, though... growing up, there was a section in the Rush song "Something for Nothing" from 1975 that I liked to quote.
What you own is your own kingdom.
What you do is your own glory.
What you love is your own power.
What you live is your own story.
Now that I'm older and have a family, I look at those lines and see that it might be a usable approach for a young, single person. These days, I tend to quote these lines from a 1992 Rush song called "Everyday Glory":
If the future's looking dark,
We're the ones who have to shine.
If there's no one in control,
We're the ones who draw the line.
Though we live in trying times,
We're the ones who have to try.
Though we know that time has wings
We're the ones who have to fly...
That speaks to me as a parent and a contrast to the more selfish (or at least brazen) attitude of the first song. Nothing wrong with personal determination, but the personal glory is less important than it used to be.
